Seven National Patents Form Our Core Technology System

Since its founding in 1989, the company has placed technological R&D at the core of its business. Over more than three decades, we have been granted 7 national patents for our smelting temperature measurement and composition analysis product lines — 1 invention patent and 6 utility model patents — covering chill agents, fast thermocouples, fast samplers, carbon determination cups and CE sample cups.

In 2015, our independently developed chill agent was granted a national invention patent (No. ZL 2014 1 0183739.0), a major milestone in the company's innovation history. The patented chill agent is applied in cast iron melting process control, improving product performance and stability.

The six utility model patents cover: fast thermocouple (ZL 2008 2 0033767.4), fast sampler (ZL 2008 2 0033768.9), carbon determination cup (ZL 2014 2 0222865.8), fast thermocouple (ZL 2017 2 1833517.4), fast sampler (ZL 2017 2 1833549.4) and CE sample cup (ZL 2019 2 0584776.0).

All patented technologies have been converted into mature mass-produced products, widely used in steelmaking, foundry and non-ferrous industries, serving more than 300 customers at home and abroad. We will continue to increase R&D investment and drive the upgrading of smelting measurement equipment through innovation.
