Wireless Measurement Series: Furnace-Side Measurement Goes Wireless
Traditional furnace-side temperature measurement relies on compensation wires between the lance and the display instrument. In the hot, dusty furnace-front environment these wires wear out quickly, suffer poor contact, and introduce line loss that affects accuracy.
Our wireless measuring lance solves these problems at the root: temperature data is transmitted wirelessly to the furnace-side display terminal — no compensation wiring, no line loss, safer and more efficient operation.
Used together with our big-screen pyrometers and melting data summary system, multi-station measurement data can be centrally displayed and recorded in real time, providing complete data support for process analysis and quality traceability.
The wireless series is suitable for temperature measurement at ladle furnaces in steel plants and melting furnaces in foundries. Contact us for selection advice.
