The XQY-TG series hot metal thermal analyzer is mainly used for rapid furnace-front analysis of molten iron composition in the foundry industry. Simply connect the power supply, sample cup and bracket, pour the molten iron into the cup, and the analyzer automatically determines carbon content (C%), silicon content (Si%) and carbon equivalent (CEL) within 1-2 minutes. Fast, simple and accurate, it measures CEL, C%, Si%, nodularity, tensile strength, Brinell hardness and undercooling, with automatic/manual calculation of make-up additions, storage of more than 1,000 measurement records, and recall of cooling curves and historical data — a powerful tool for foundry quality control.
