The microcomputer molten steel pyrometer (furnace-side display type) works with S, R, D and B fast thermocouples for precise, rapid temperature measurement in various smelting applications. Built for harsh, high-temperature furnace-side environments, it features a shock-resistant high-brightness LED display and a full metal housing for extra durability. The front panel provides Ready/Measure/End buttons and K1/K2/K3 terminals for probe connection, plus active horn output, RS485 communication, micro printer interface, isolated BCD output, 4-20 mA analog output, 200-test history storage and voice annunciation. Widely used for furnace-side temperature monitoring in converters, electric furnaces and continuous casting.
