The disposable fast thermocouple is the mainstream consumable for molten steel temperature measurement at furnace front: measurement completes within seconds of immersion, the paper tube and tip are consumed in one shot — low cost, fast response, simple operation.

Covers calibration types S, R, B and W (S/R/B PtRh series, W WRe series); tip types include 602, 604, OR and HR (for different lance sockets); precision J (±3°C); paper tube lengths 500–1200mm for various immersion depths.
